How often do you call the help desk for more IT or other training? Whether we’re trainers or trainees, the training can be stressful. It’s common to blame technology — to wish for a more simple, relaxed time when simple and relaxed training was the norm. The truth is, however, that this kind of training has always been frustrating to the trainer and trainee, even in olden days, before technology ruled the world.
