Washington on Responsibility/Trust
Booker T. Washington is frequently quoted for all kinds of wisdom. I’m sure I’ve quoted him before on this blog. I ran across a quote of his that does a couple of things. It ties in nicely with yesterday’s Tip of the Week. And it speaks directly to anyone who manages and supervises other people. It’s something for all executives, human resources professionals, managers and supervisors to consider.
“Few things help an individual more than for another to place responsibility upon him, and to let him know that he is trusted.”
