Employees get angry at work everyday. Sometimes, they’re angry at themselves. Sometimes they’re angry because they’re picked on or bullied. State legislatures are considering anti-bullying legislation. Employers conduct civility training to help employees act nice. What if picked-on employees had magic powers? And used them for evil purposes? Yikes!
