With thousands at Augusta and millions more watching on TV last weekend, golf is on the minds of golfers and non-golfers alike. Thus, perhaps a quote from one of the greatest golfers, Jack Nicklaus, is appropriate. He’s obviously talking about the game of golf, but his words apply to all kinds of jobs in the workplace.
“Confidence is the most important single factor in this game, and no matter how great your natural talent, there is only one way to obtain and sustain it: work.”
