Animal Employment Protection Act
According to the New York Times, the City of Portland (Oregon), a dog-loving place if there ever was one, is struggling with what to do with its citizens bringing their dogs with them wherever they go. Although some Portland dog-lovers have no problems with dogs being in a grocery store, for example, other Portland dog-lovers think that’s over the top.
