Sotomayor Vote Postponed
The Senate Judiciary Committee has postponed its vote on Sonia Sotomayor until next week. I’m still listening to her testimony and hope to soon have analysis about her approach to labor and employment issues based on her testimony in addition to what I’ve previously provided on her cases as a district court judge and an appellate judge.
