Guest Column on Sotomayor

Employment Law360 is an excellent online subscription publication covering various aspects of labor and employment law every day. I had the privilege of writing the guest column for Employment Law360 on July 13, the day the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on Sonia Sotomayor began. My column was based on the work I’ve done recently on this blog about Sotomayor’s labor and employment judicial record. In the column, I tried to focus on certain decisions that might be a bit surprising to those who think they have her figured out.
