Notable Blogging
I not only enjoy blogging, I enjoy reading other blogs. If I didn’t have a day job, I’m sure I’d read more blogs than I do. As you’ve guessed by now, I have my favorites and occasionally like to share some of my fellow bloggers’ good work.
Take note of:
Cultural Offering’s revamped sales presentation package (lot of food for thought);
Dan Schwartz’s hip review of Star Trek (four employment law and HR lessons);
Molly DiBianca’s take on EEOC guidance about caregiver discrimination (the “sandwiched generation”);
Eclecticity’s cartoonish look at the bank stress tests (less stressful than we thought);
Execupundit’s question about making a choice between employees guilty of the same misconduct (interestingly controversial);
Jon Hyman’s analysis of EEOC guidance on swine flu (celebrating two years of blogging);
The Laconic Law Blog’s summary of recent jury verdicts and settlements (millions and millions);
Michael Moore’s update on April unemployment (with a 2008 comparison); and
Mike Maslanka’s reminder of Mother’s Day Weekend (with a tribute to his mother).

Thanks for posting John.

Honored to be in such fine company and to be recognized at a fine blog like yours. Really do enjoy you. E.
Thank you very much, John.
You are more than kind, not to mention influential. I found myself quoting one of your observations on ADA in a meeting this morning!
