Twain on Congress
As noted with last week’s quote, Mark Twain’s disdain for Congress was often on the tip of his tongue. It seems to me there’s nothing wrong with having two consecutive quotes from Twain about Congress.
“There is no distinctly native American criminal class . . . save Congress.”
