What does 2009 hold for the workplace and employment law? After a year like 2008, most predictions will be ignored. The only thing we know for sure is that nobody knows. Perhaps there are signs, hints, even facts that we should nonetheless analyze as we try to navigate the uncharted waters of the new year.
