Oney — HR Song of the Week
It just may be appropriate to start the new year with a warning of sorts from the late, great Johnny Cash. His song “Oney” tells of what can happen when a long-time, hard-working employee retires and uses his retirement party to give his nitpicking, perhaps abusive supervisor something to remember him by.
