Corporate BS Takes a Breather
My weekly Corporate BS (usually posted on Saturday) is taking a rest. That’s not to say I won’t use some Corporate BS in future posts. I may even call out a word or phrase of Corporate BS from time to time.
In considering my blogging for 2009, it was necessary to think outside the box about next steps, talk off-line with those who bring to the table best practices, grab the low-hanging fruit made known by viewing this year’s deliverables through the lens of granularity, and, at the end of the day, drive a stake in the ground after making a hard stop just before doing one last brain dump.
The optics were clear. A paradigm shift was necessary to incent another year of buy-in by me, lest there be a disconnect between my bandwidth and the secret sauce metrics I’ve discerned from drinking the Kool-Aid.
