A New Day for the ADA
The ADA Amendments Act is now effective. In a sense, we’re starting all over when it comes to disability discrimination. It’s likely to take a few years of court decisions to know for sure what the ADAAA has done to the Americans with Disabilities Act. In the meantime, review my earlier post on the subject and pay careful attention to new court cases.
