Carnegie on Success

Andrew Carnegie, sometimes identified as one of the robber barons, became one of the richest people in America during his prime.  He seemed to seek redemption by giving everything he had to charity.  His name endures through those gifts, which led to institutions bearing his name.

He achieved great material success and gave what some might regard as surprising advice to all employers and employees who also seek success–advice sorely needed right now.

“There is little success where there is little laughter.”
