Theory of Workplace Fairness–Tip of the Week

Workplace fairness has been a recurring theme on this blog, because it’s such an important subject.  Dan Schwartz has done a post about this topic (in the context of “micro-inequities”) that’s as good a tip as I could’ve possibly come up with.  Thanks, Dan.

  1. Linda Sandiford says:

Wow, I was just going to post and ask how other people deal with this issue in their work place. It is a real problem here with the CEO and his two “boys”. Be nice to see what everyone has to say.

  2. I hope others will weigh in. In most organizations, fairness is driven from the top. Some CEOs wouldn’t know fairness if it flew up thier . . . their . . . trousers.
