Adams on Purpose
Samuel Adams is sometimes called the father of the American Revolution. Since we celebrate Independence Day this week on July 4, it seems appropriate to quote Adams. He said something that practically speaks to one’s purpose–in the workplace or anywhere else.
“We cannot make events. Our business is wisely to improve them.”
