Russert on a Daily Ethic
The late Tim Russert wrote a wonderful book called Big Russ and Me. The book is about his father and the lessons learned from him. He says one thing about the everyday ethic of his dad, who worked as a garbage collector and, at times, held a second job, that perhaps should be posted in every workplace:
“He lived his life by the grace of daily obligations.”
