Would your company do this?

Working women still have a rough go balancing family responsibilities with full-time jobs.  Consequently, some women drop out of the workplace, take part-time jobs for which they are overqualified, or struggle mightily to have a family and keep a good job.

As an article in the Washington Post indicates, some employers are figuring out ways to allow women to do both without so much of a struggle.  According to the article, there’s a cottage industry of consultants and coaches who work with both women (sometimes men) and employers to pull off what has heretofore seemed difficult or impossible.
