Senator Obama is a co-sponsor of this legislation. He has said that FOREWARN is necessary to transform the WARN Act from a mere symbol into an enforceable law.
My goodness. Obama has a long list of proposals he wants enacted into law if he’s President. Interestingly, they’re virtually identical to those on Senator Clinton’s list.
