Another Look at Presidential Politics–Predictions for the Workplace–Obama on Fair Pay Act
The substance of the proposed Fair Pay Act and its intended impact on the Ledbetter case decided last year by the U.S Supreme Court are summarized in a previous post. For a review, click here.
Senator Obama is a co-sponsor of the proposed legislation. He was very critical of the Ledbetter decision and thinks that it’s imperative that the decision be reversed by Congress.
So, we can add one more proposal to Obama’s wish list should he become President.
