Presidential Politics–Workplace Lesson on Gender?
In my post on January 3, I tried to take a look at the substative workplace issues that whoever is elected President will impact. There’s another issue (which I suppose is substantive in a somewhat different way) that this election is also bringing to the surface: the so-called gender gap.
According to an article in the Washington Post, it’s not just a gap between men and women. There seems to be a gap between women. And, of course, Senator Clinton is at the center of this gap. I don’t think it’s stretching too much to say that the gap playing out in the presidential campaign has some implications for the workplace. Check out the article.
