Presidential Politics–Workplace Impact
The candidates I highlighted in my post yesterday are still running. At least, that’s what they’re saying so far. With the New Hampshire primary so close, no need for any of them to drop out.
It’s likely that once the New Hampshire and South Carolina primaries are over, however, some of them will.
As the campaign continues, there will be some posts taking a deeper look at the survivors’ likely impact on labor and employment law. If “change” is what this election is all about, then I’m feeling pretty good about my prediction of something big happening in this area of the law. I’m not necessarily feeling pretty good about what kind of change may happen. It’s going to be interesting, thought, so stay tuned.
