Our Disparate Workplaces

There are four articles in today’s New York Times that strike me as saying a lot about how dangerously disparate our workplaces are today. Maybe they’ve always been that way, but the variety of gaps that exist among the places where we work seems to grow, and the gaps seem to become more distinct. As HR professionals, you have you’re work cut out for you.
