Presidential Candidates and Employment Issues–Biden
We’ve been looking at hot employment law or HR issues and asking which ones are important to the current crop of presidential candidates? It seems only fitting that we end the week with another candidate’s views.
I don’t see how Joe Biden has any chance at all to make it to the White House except as a guest, but in an odd sort of way, the senator deals with two hot issues: (1) think before you speak, which is an important principle for HR professionals to live by, and (2) don’t say something likely to offend a group of your employees, which often will result in a lawsuit.
